whenever you're feeling angry or upset. It should be
something that helps you calm down so that you can
make a positive choice. Read the statements below
and see which one of these you could use the next
time you feel angry. In the empty spaces below write

1. This won't last forever. What can I do to stop feeling this way?
2. It is a big deal to me, but I don't want to do anything to make things worse.
3. Is this person or situation worth getting in trouble for?
